TYPES OF PAYMENT

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Shopify Pay. Sales tax applies to all VA residents.

 

SHIPPING INFORMATION

All our orders are shipped via USPS or UPS with a 7 to 10 day delivery time. International Orders are estimated at 7 to 21 business days.

Shipping times and costs will be calculated at check-out. Shipping and handling charges are based on the product type, quantity, weight, processing, packaging and shipping destination. Each product will incur its own delivery charge.

Please check your shipping information at the time of purchase, we cannot update once your order has been placed.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

 

RETURN POLICY

Each product was made especially for your order, unfortunately we cannot give any refund. Thank you for understanding.

 

BROKEN-DAMAGED

We are sorry! If the item is damaged, or is lost in transit please contact us within the first 5 days of receiving it at lukalousek.design@gmail.com and attached photos of the damaged  product and the packaging, including your order number. So we can assist you the best we can. 

 

COLORS-PRINTS

Please keep in mind that the coloring may vary from your screen. We do our best to accurate color representation, but we cannot ensure that the colors on the website are exactly true to life because this depends on the calibration of your device.

We are a small team and unfortunately cannot have the return policy of large companies. Thank you for your understanding.
